4 Busy Mom Essentials
Being a mom is hardcore. I rarely have time for myself and often have limited time to get ready because I’m taking care of my child, my husband, both dogs and the turtle first. Sometimes I’m a hot mess, but I try. I have a few easy essentials that help me keep my sanity.
1. Dry shampoo – This is a huge time saver. If I wash my hair, I have to straighten it and I don’t always have time for that. One way to save time is to wash my hair less often. It depends on your personal hair needs, but I find using dry shampoo and washing my hair every other day works. I recommend this brand of dry shampoo. They have full-size and travel-size bottles and different scents. I like the pink scent best. However, I recommend the original option if you are sensitive to smells.

2.
Baseball cap – I have a few baseball caps
I use for bad hair days; you know, days I didn’t have time to wash my hair,
forgot to use dry shampoo, couldn’t straighten my hair, etc. Throwing up my
hair in a messy bun or high ponytail is nice. The hats I wear have
several slots depending on how high up on my head I want my ponytail or
bun. It’s nice to have options and be more versatile. Here are two
options I love that match everything:

3.Slip-on shoes – I love my black crocs,
which look more like dress shoes than traditional crocs. Get black, and
they match everything. You can dress them up or down. Due to the
material they are made from, I have worn mine to work, on dates, at the beach,
out shopping, etc. They are available in
4 colors: black, dark cherry, petal pink and cobblestone

4. Black leggings – Black leggings are versatile and comfortable. They can be dressed up or down. They also are a fast way to get dressed because they don’t require ironing. I love legging options that have pockets because, as a mom, I never have enough hands.
